The Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) code of conduct defines a Manager of a Law Firm as “a member of an LLP; a director of a company; a partner in a partnership; or in relation to any other body, a member of its governing body”. AvMA has adopted the same definition and includes all managers in the firm, not just those doing clinical negligence work.
